SF2198: Health Care Power of Attorney

Makes changes to an attorney's duty under a health care durable power of attorney.  Requires the attorney to give preference to the desires of the individual as expressed in the power of attorney, a declaration relating to life-sustaining procedures, or made known to the attorney by the individual.
